In the case of the booking process, inquiries in our contact forms, you are required to provide us personal data (name, address, telephone number, etc.). Once you have entered your data and clicked on the submit button, these data are encrypted (measures for compliance with data protection). After data has arrived safely, they are stored in databases, protected by firewalls.

Processing & use of the data

We assure you that all personal and payment-relevant data are treated with strict confidentiality. We undertake to use the data collected, processed and stored during registration and use of the website services only for the customer's own purposes. Further, on interesting offers, travel-related products, and services as well as discounts for existing customers (e-mail advertising).
